On the eve of his hugely expensive debut for Manchester City, British soccer player Raheem Sterling wasn't laughing when his £125,000 ($194,000) Mercedes was found crashed and abandoned miles away from Manchester in London, with canisters of laughing gas (nitrous oxide) in the footwell.
Or maybe he was. Sterling was allegedly filmed inhaling laughing gas back in June, but hasn't made any comment to media about the crash. His agent has though, insisting Sterling wasn't in London at the time of the crash and he 'must have lent the car to a mate'.
