So sorry, the flu is very bad. I heard that if you get the flu after you've had the shot, within a week or so... you were going to get it anyway, and it is much worse... even fatal sometimes! So be careful! Hope you feel better, LaLaw!

Nejame has now gone up several notches in my opinion by quitting!

I still wonder along with several of you what has changed so much according to the Anthony's that there is no need of a press conference now. It was all BS to begin with, IMO. Prepare to hear much more from the Anthony's now that Nejame is no longer onboard!

I really doubt that they were going to have a press conference in the first place... they kept putting it off. They just wanted to stir people's minds up a little. There is no proof that Caylee is alive... that was a misstatement. What they meant was, they were going to state that there is proof that they should still search for her alive instead of dead.
I am surprised at Nejames' resignation, but I do have respect for him now. It must make them feel pretty frustrated when people are jumping off the ship right and left... leaving them with very few real supporters!

Did he just say "Better dead than alive " ? WTH ?

I know. I was writing and half listening to the show and couldn't believe I had actually heard that! It was one of those "say, what?" moments.

I always thought of that song as of joy ..... Never of sorrow.

Me, too! I can hear my mother singing it... we used to sing it together when we were in the car going someplace... when I hear it, I hear her voice, and it makes me so sad.
Somebody took the time to teach that song to Caylee... it brought tears to my eyes when I heard that little angel voice singing it.

I think he is staying out of the picture because deep down he believes/knows
his sister killed his neice. Does not want to be around crazy mom! :behindbarIMO

Totally agree.

I think those clothes are somewhere searchers have already been, thus the condescending tone I read that comment with "they haven't even found her clothes"... like the searchers are idiots.

It does sound like she was saying "duh, people, the clothes were right there in front of you. How can you be so stupid?" This entire thing is begining to sound more and more like some kind of sick game she is playing.

I realize that everyone has there own opinion of this case but I really do not feel this type of statement about this case needs to be brought into it. This is about a child "Caylee" who is as the FBI has stated no longer with us and I know a lot of people have some personal feelings about this case but please, why can't we keep the focus on what is really going on.

A lot of people speculate on WS on a daily basis but comments that are just hurtful to say the least are IMHO have no place in this case. I am not here to hurt anyones feelings but please everyone can we keep the focus on this little girl and the "legal" aspect of the case.

Thank you for allowing me to vent.

IMSFTL, I got banned 'several' times from forums b/c I adored Caylee so much, I offered to give my life in exchange for hers! I thought I ran out of tears for Caylee, but, they keep surfacing. I'm just trying to help solve this mess...... Caylee is a dream-daughter of many dads and moms......I have 2 sons and can only dream about having Caylee as a daughter...

I know how you feel. I have four sons and I love them all dearly, but my husband and I would have loved to have had a daughter.

I know. I was writing and half listening to the show and couldn't believe I had actually heard that! It was one of those "say, what?" moments.

I just read the transcript and I think he meant that there is only a small chance that she will be found... but a better chance found dead, than alive.
I think Tim has talked to the authorities enough that he is pretty sure she is no longer alive... she has been dead since June. Obviously, he knows more than we do.
The last few times I've seen him, he looks absolutely worn out. I don't see how he keeps going, and keeps doing what he does. It has to be taking a toll on him. He's not a young man, by any means.
And even if he did take a drink now and then..... who could blame him?

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but didn't LP say he hadn't heard from Lee since August? I could have sworn back in September and October he said he spoke to Lee on a regular basis. Maybe I'm wrong.

"The Past" by Sevendust

Here are the lyrics: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/sevendust/thepast.html

"The Past"

Beneath the water
that's falling from my eyes
lays a soul I've left behind
the edge of sorrow was reached but now I'm fine
I've filled the hole I had inside

I'll pray it doesn't scream my name
so I light a flame and let it breathe
the air that kills the shame

I'm up
I'm down
like a rollercoaster racing through my life
I've erased the past again

a risky morning
I feel like I'm alive
I can't believe I've made it through this time
the edge of sorrow I lived in for some time
(lived in for some time)
has left the hole I have inside

The burden is I try my hate
was the last thing I ever felt
or thought I could escape

I'm up
I'm down
like a rollercoaster racing through my life
I've erased the past again
[x2]

You let me in then broke me down
the difference is this time around
I will not let you see me try

I'm up
I'm down
like a rollercoaster racing through my life
I've erased the past again
[x2]

Erased the past again now
Erased the past again

Beneath the water
that has fallen from my eyes

I read her statement in a similar manner. To me, it was like she was saying the clothing would be easier to find than Caylee, and that the searchers must have been searching near the clothing, but missed them.

Maybe the clothes have been found, we don't know nor would we, but the body has not.

I agree, but even using the initials is not going to be enough... anyone who reads these boards knows what those initials stand for.
I think this incest thing is a crock... there is no proof... or better yet, not even a valid reason to suspect it, certainly nothing to back it up. Better not to even talk about it, IMO.

Don't know about anyone else, but whenever I use the initials "LA", I'm referring to Lance Armstrong....:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

It was moved sometime in July and Cindy was shown explaining it on the Greta show; not sure why it was moved.

It's suspicious to me that they would move a hibiscus bush in Florida in the July heat.
