The lake was checked, but not well. He mother has requested it be checked again, but the police refuse to "waste resources." As for the neighbor girl, she was never questioned.

@CrimeSlog I have not heard of this case. Not much has changed in the area since the early 90's. Conducting a search of this pond is possible. I can sonar map the pond looking for any indication of remains and use various underwater tools to assess anomalies. The difficulty will be 35 years of sediment buildup. Any remains could possibly be buried under several inches of sediment. I may be able to gain access from the adjacent parking lot.

I have been conducting searches of lakes and retention ponds in this area looking for Nancy Bunly. In that case, I am looking for a vehicle, black Honda Pilot, her body is believed to have been concealed in. I can add this pond to the search list and spend extra effort analyzing sonar data and assessing anomalies.
