Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help locating a missing man.


Andrew Thomas Dawson, 23, Lincolnton, was being processed at Atrium Health – Lincoln when he fled the facility Wednesday, a news release stated. He was last seen running toward the Boger City Fire Department wearing green hospital scrubs and no shoes.

Dawson is described as a black man, 23, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6-feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.
