Found Safe NC - Angela Rose Howe, 48, and Amanda Kelly Downey, 23, New Hanover County, 12 August

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s is searching for two women last seen earlier this month.
Angela Rose Howe, 48, and Amanda Kelly Downey, 23, were last seen at an apartment in the 4000 block of Coddington Loop, which if off North College Road.

Howe is 5’7″ and weighs around 160 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder length black hair.

Downey is 5’8″ and weights around 160 pounds. She also has brown eyes and shoulder length brown hair. She also has several tattoos.

They have been missing since August 12.
