Carol Harrison Irvin, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was last seen in the 40 block of Shadowbrook Road.

Officials say Irvin, 80, is a white male weighing about 140 pounds and is 5'7" tall. He was last seen wearing green work pants with a green pullover, a black "Sonny Hancock" hat and brown shoes.

He may be driving a silver 2005 Chevrolet Silverado truck with a ACL5580 North Carolina license plate.
