Winston-Salem police are seeking the public's help in finding a man who they say suffers from medical conditions and requires daily medication.

Deshea Demario Butler, 29, walked away from his home on Oct. 15, police said. Butler was last seen in the 5700 block of University Parkway near the FastMed Urgent Care clinic and the Home Depot.
