Dwayne Alan Moreland, 70, was last seen on the 2700 block of Laugenour Place in Kannapolis. He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Moreland drives a dark brown 2016 Honda CRV with N.C. plates WYW 6457.
