Police are investigating after four teen boys were captured on cell phone video recently attacking a 17-year-old girl.
It happened on Lees Mill Road in the Highland Village community of Laurinburg, according to Major Roger Alford with the Scotland County Sheriff's Office.
Alford said the 17-year-old girl who was beaten suffered some bruises, but is "okay." He said they're going to be talking with her to learn more information about the attack.
The video is being shared on social media. Alford said they're working with the Laurinburg Police Department to identify the suspects in the video, but believe them to be juveniles.
