The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, Janice Cashwell Adams.
Adams is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
She is a 75-year-old white woman, five feet nine inches tall and 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length silver-white hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing multicolored plaid pajamas and house slippers. She was last seen in the 3200 block of Westridge Lane in Concord.
She could be in a 2008 burgundy Honda Civic with a North Carolina license plate of XXC1455.
