Asheville, NC (Feb. 22, 2022): Asheville Police Department needs the public’s help in locating a missing person.

Kay Michelle, Burns, 53, was reported missing by her family on Feb. 11. She is a white female, 5’ 9”, and was last known to be in the area of Jordan Street. She also has access to a 2020 Kia Soul. Her family is concerned for her well-being.

Not much new information here. It's the same and is worded oddly in each article: "has access to a 2020 Kia Soul". Does that mean she is missing along with this car? If so, any more details on the car?
