She has shoulder length brown hair. Naturally very dark brown and curly, but was always kept straight with blonde highlights and short bangs on forehead. Hair was also very thin.

She has a tattoo on her ankle but no description listed.

It was possible reports of sightings? But I never see any updates to what happened after they searched that area/walmart, they believe she was seen at.

The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announced that Ms. Lori Brown had previously been reported missing since November 8, 2019. It was believed that there may have been possible sightings of Ms. Lori Brown near the Coliseum and Walmart, both located near Highway 301 and Gillespie Street in Fayetteville, NC (Cumberland County).
In September 2024, the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office received a call from contractors working in the area near Clear Springs Road, Aberdeen NC, about possible human remains. The Hoke County Detectives & North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations reported to the area and started an investigation. Due to the location where information and evidence was collected, a DNA sample was also obtained from a family member of a suspected missing person and sent to the North Carolina State lab for true identification.
On March 17, 2025, the North Carolina Medical Examiner’s Office in Raleigh NC was confirmed that the remains were confirmed and identified to be Ms. Lori Brown of Raeford, NC. Her family and next of kin were notified. The case will now be closed.

I just saw this and was coming to post this. How sad. Wonder how long/was she always there, due they suspect foul play etc. All this time and the father of her youngest (rip) brother works and sanford herald. I never seen not 1 post about her missing.
