Last arrest was 2004 but the rap sheet is pretty long. Larceny, forgery, bad cheques, one drug para in the 90's.

I found this. A 2020 arrest for some serious things. Is it the same person? Looks similiar to me. I can't find an article or more information regarding birthdate. Why wouldn't this arrest/charges be on the above? Maybe it's not him?

Looks like the same person. It's interesting that the Brunswick County Sheriff says he is missing and is looking for him, although most sources from an internet search say he is from Whiteville in Columbus County. He's not listed as a missing person in NamUs.

I think the 2024 mugshot is more likely to look like him then the drivers license photo used for his missing alert. Hair is longer, and he looks much older, though it's the same person IMO. Four charged in Green Acres drug investigation.

As others have noted he has a length arrest history going back 30 years in North Carolina. Literally dozens of cases (though a fair number are traffic related). He HAS been a fugitive before, in 2003.

He evolved from B and E, larceny, drug possession and fraud to drug trafficking. Thats something in and of itself has a high degre of risk. Others involved take slights easily and paybacks are often fatal IMO.
