Asheville Police Department
The Asheville Police Department is requesting assistance to locate a missing child, Mierra Arrington. Mierra is described as a two year old black female. Mierra was last seen by her mother in May of 2018 and was reported missing to the APD on October 3, 2018.
Mierra is believed to be in the custody of Sereta Renee Smith and Obadiah Jabbar. Smith and Jabbar are believed to be in the Wilmington, NC area. Smith is described as a black female, 40 years of age, 5'0", 115 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Jabbar is described as a black male, 33 years of age, 5'10", 172 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
