Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance identifying an individual observed with Milagros Cepeda, who was reported missing on August 8, 2018, from the 300 block of Barcelona Drive.
Detectives have obtained surveillance video of an individual allowing Milagros Cepeda to willingly get in to his vehicle and leave the area. Detectives emphasize the person depicted in the surveillance video has not been charged with any crime and only believe he has information pertinent to the missing person investigation.
Detectives are requesting the person depicted in these images, or anyone who recognizes the person depicted, come forward and make contact with them.
If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Milagros Cepeda they are asked to immediately call 911, contact Detective Kempf with the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 261-4871, or contact Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
