NC - Police Take 12-Year-Old Into Custody After Stabbing, Davidson 2010

Officers said the boy stabbed a woman twice in a robbery at a Boost Mobile store on Rosehaven Drive, off of Central Avenue, at about 10:45 a.m.

The victim, who is a clerk at the store, called for help after the stabbing

"I gave him information about the phone," said Martinez. "Then, once I showed him the phone he just took a knife out and stabbed me in the neck." She said she never saw the knife coming. It is soooooo hard to find sentencing info on juveniles. Add to the fact that this happened in 2010, I'm hitting a brick wall.

I did find an article that shows a still shot of the attack. He's a BIG 12 year old.
