@Pennysmom1 Thank you for posting Rebecca "Becky" Jamason's missing persons information. I have been conducting a number of search's for Becky in the past couple months. Mainly I've searched bodies of water with sonar looking for her car. So far, I have ruled out a number of ponds in the area. I have also searched wooded areas with drones now that the foliage has lessened. I am working with the detective on the case as well as family and friends. In the coming months I will continue searching in the area.

I've been working with a couple teams in south Florida and collectively we have found 5 missing persons this year. The last one, which I took part in, was a person that went missing in 1992. The persons remains were found inside a Pontiac LeMans in a retention pond at a depth of 25'. The authorities are still working on verifying the identity.

Anyone in the area that is interested in helping search for Becky please msg me. I use some pretty interesting technology in my searches.

Nipper Lane was eventually found here:
Nipper Ln · North Carolina 27549

"Last known direction of travel was towards
Louisburg, NC"
Maybe Clifton's Pond, where Clifton's Pond Rd
goes over the bridge? There appears to be
barriers at a right angle to the road now,
maybe not back in 2017 though.
Also, maybe the pond north and south of
North Carolina Highway 98, located near its'
intersection with Louisburg Rd (US-401).

@buyerninety Thank you for your insight and here is a search update.

Nipper Ln is off of Strickland Rd and only has about 3 houses. It's very short. So far I have searched along the 4 possible routes (48 miles of road) she could have taken from Nipper Ln to Louisville. The primary route, confirmed by family, she would have taken takes her across an old bridge and damn at Cliftons Pond. For an accident, this was my primary search location. There were a couple accidents in this area with one person going off the road just before the bridge and landing in the shallower eastern side. I sonar searched at the western side of the bridge and it is about 5-6 ft deep and was clear.

The other routes had a small pond here or there but were either to far from the road or shallow.

I have also checked routes from Nipper Lane to a friends house near Lake Royale. There are 3 routes (30 miles of road) and all three cross the Tar River which is very shallow except during excessive rain and flooding. Her car would have been spotted at some point in the past 6 years. On a future trip, I plan to fly a drone upstream and downstream of each bridge just to be sure.

I checked three routes (36 miles of road) to a friends house north of Middlesex, NC in the next county which has one pond on the property and another in the woods next to a field. The new owner of the house and the owner of the field next door were very helpful and gave me permission to search. Both ponds were clear. For privacy, I am keeping their exact location confidential. The routes had a small pond here or there but were either to far from the road or shallow.

I also searched a route to another friends house off Mc Wilder Rd. between Joe Denton Rd. and Cliftons Pond Rd. This route has several ponds and Joe Denton Rd. crosses a marshy wetland area called Crooked Creek. Again, the route had a pond here or there but were either to far from the road or shallow. The Marshy area of crooked creek is very shallow.

I have now started searching areas where a self harm or foul play may be the outcome. I started with a sonar check of a pond next to an American Legion post. 1638 Mc Wilder Rd, Louisburg, NC 27549 . It was deep enough but clear. I also went back to Cliftons Pond and searched the northern part where a dirt track leads from a farm field through the woods and into the pond. It's a local party spot. The water is 3ft deep for several hundred feet in any direction.

My next search is expected to be on Dec 16 or 17 and possibly on Dec 23 or 24 as well. I have two cases I am working in NC and splitting my time between them.

I noticed that there have been guard rails and concrete barriers on the US401 bridge over Camping Creek since before 2016, but I also noticed a small path leading to the water in case this was a purposeful accident. I cannot tell how deep the water is though.

I'll take a look but I believe that creek at the bridge is pretty shallow.

Do to bad weather and the Holidays I did not have an opportunity to search in December as I had hoped. I will be conducting a search day this coming Monday (Jan 15). May arrive in the area Sunday night so I can get a good long search day in. I will mainly be doing drone flights over crooked creek and checking some more ponds. I'll post an update next week.

On January 15th, I flew drones over crooked creek, nothing found, and rechecked a few sites such as the Tar River bridges and Clifton Pond Bridge. There was considerable rain leading up to this search and the TAR river was raging. Clifton Pond was also at a high level then previous and I determined that an accident similar to the one posted above in this now deeper water next to the bridge (6ft) would certainly take a vehicle further downstream into even deeper waters (14ft). The currents were to strong for a sonar search that day. Looking at the weather prior to Becky disappearing there was also considerable rainfall. Clifton Pond downstream of the bridge is the next search location.

You can see the increased depth and current in this photo.

On Sunday I did a sonar search of Cliftons Pond at the eastern side of the bridge. There was nothing there of note. I have a few other spots I want to check but they are on private property and will have to contact the owners.

It's been awhile since I posted here. A couple weeks ago, I sonar searched a series of ponds in Franklin County searching for Anthony Coley Jr. at the request of the Detective I have worked with searching for Becky. We had an opportunity to discuss Becky's case and next steps searching for her. I live several hours away which makes searching for Becky difficult. I plan to be back in the area in a a couple months prepared to spend several days searching for her. I have many area's mapped out to search.

Please keep us posted on when you plan to do your searching; some people here live in NC and may be able to help out - thanks!
