SILVER ALERT: Rutherford authorities search for missing woman, last seen over a week ago
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Rutherford County woman, last seen on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019.

Authorities say 51-year-old Sarah Marilyn Adair is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Adair was last seen on Jessica Lane in Forest City, enroute to Blairwood Drive, but she never arrived. She was driving a metallic grey 2008 Pontiac G6, 4 door vehicle with the license plate number NC - TBN2098.
