actually she was living with him and his mom and they got into a fight and Joe's mom threw her out so she went to the shelter. These things he was saying was in October after her mom reported her missing in August but since Joe and his mom said that had seen her that is why they never done anything then.

I have been in touch with Sasha's mom and Joe was sending voice recordings and messages ask Sasha's mom for her forgiveness and other things that is odd. This has all been taking place since August when her mom first started reporting her missing. Her mom is coming to NC this coming week so she can help try and find Sasha. The cops are also going to be giving the messages from Joe from the time Sasha went missing up until right before he got arrested

So her boyfriend (with one kid by him and another on the way) let his mom throw her out of the house they were living in.

Hoping the slime that has been placed in custody as earlier posts reported on, has not been able to slide through the cracks of Justice. Any VI's approved yet to update us on this MOO DV case? Or to the questioning of the mother of the boyfriend aka father of the unborn child that Sasha was to have delivered in Feb if 2019?. Prayers for Sasha's mother on this horrific journey for truth, and law enforcements concrete evidence.

Sadly Sasha's mother passed away a few weeks ago. Just days before she was coming to Albemarle to meet with the police. I cannot slesp for Sasha, but Joe was a meth user and when I asked him about her in December, he said she was "probably doped up in a ditch somewhere". But also denied using drugs even though he was caught with Meth when arrested. And no, he will not slip through the cracks. I have been in contact with the police car over the case and he is adamant to see Joe go down. He will not get away with this.

For those wondering, I am an ex of Joe and and sadly he is the sperm donor (bio dad) to my 9yr old.

• Medical ConditionsNaylor was pregnant at the time of her disappearance; her baby was due on February 11, 2019. In addition, she is believed to have been suffering from some cognitive impairment at the time of her disappearance.

Details of Disappearance​

Naylor was last seen on Kates Drive in Albemarle, North Carolina on August 21, 2018. She may have been en route to West Virginia or Ohio at the time. She has never been heard from again.

The brown or gold 1998 Ford Tempo she was driving, which had right side damage and the Ohio license plate number GRS-3043, was found abandoned and completely burned in Marshville, North Carolina later in August. It wasn't recognized as Naylor's at the time, and was towed and sold for scrap on January 8, 2019.

Naylor had left her daughter with her mother in Ohio and moved to Albemarle with a boyfriend to get a job and a better life. When she last spoke to her mother, she said her boyfriend's mother had made her leave and she was staying at a shelter.

Her mother reported her missing on January 8, the same day Naylor's vehicle was sold, after months passed without contact and she found out Naylor was no longer at the shelter.

In February 2019, Joseph Lee Rhodes was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in Naylor's death and also with the murder of her unborn child. A photo of Rhodes is posted with this case summary. He and Naylor had been in a relationship together and he was the father of both Naylor's daughter and her unborn baby. In December, Jeremy Glenn Dugan and Paul Daniel Rubio were also charged in connection with being accessories after the fact to Naylor's murder.

Rhodes was tried in October 2023, but the jury was unable to reach a verdict; the majority voted guilty, but a unanimous decision was necessary to convict. He is awaiting his second trial.

Naylor's body has never been found, but foul play is suspected in her case due to the circumstances involved.
