Sylvia Kennedy was reported missing Tuesday after last speaking with Family Preservation Services on Jan. 16. She suffers from mental health conditions and is currently without her prescribed medications, who've described Kennedy as a Native American female.

She is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has dark hair and dark eyes.
