39-year-old Tabitha Goins is missing and investigators said her boyfriend was the last person to see her at his house on Highway 87 in Hope Mills on November 21. Loved ones spent Thursday searching for her in the area and in the woods where deputies found her glasses and her knife.

Tabitha is described as a white female, 5-feet-3, having brown hair and brown eyes and weighing 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up jacket, black leggings, and orange Nike Air Max shoes.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office has an active investigation into locating a missing person and is requesting the public’s assistance.

On November 25, 2019, it was reported to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office that 39 year old Tabitha Ann Goins was missing. She was last seen leaving on foot from the 6100-block NC Hwy 87 South Hope Mills, NC 28348 on the evening of November 21, 2019.

Goins is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and leopard leggings.

Tabitha Ann Goins Mugshot 174908557 - Tabitha Ann Goins Arrest - Cumberland County, NC - Booked for CONTRIBUTE TO DELIQUENCE OR NEGLECT OF CHILD I could find no criminal court records in the public records for the Superior Court for Cumberland county so I'm thinking the charges were dropped. I can find no current anything on her social media wise.

Anthony Goins was arrested and is facing charges including attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with the intent to kill.

According to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, Goins is the estranged husband of Tabitha Ann Goins, who went missing on November 25.

The Goins family told investigators that Dennis Leseane is Goins' boyfriend and was the last person to see her before she disappeared.

Good evening everyone, just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year and again express our gratitude to all of you who have supported us and those just joining our page. We have rejuvenated over the holidays and are now ready to start this new year out by doing ANY & EVERY THING, in our power to bring Tab home!! We are going on 14 months since we last seen or heard from Tabitha and the events and story surrounding her disappearance has just been accepted and here we are all this time later with not one answer or anyone being held accountable. Our family has had enough just sitting back!!

In the beginning, it was noted anyone with information call the Det on the case or crime stoppers, BUT the family is now requesting ANY information big or small PLEASE contact MARSHBURN INVESTIGATION AGENCY @ 919-604-9292. We have updated our flyers and will begin replacing those we see with the new contact info. For anyone who has reached out with info or who has been hesitant for any reason please know this information is being handled by NON LAW ENFORCEMENT and every thing WILL be taken seriously and looked into.

We have passed quite a bit of information along already so know we have put it in the hands of someone who has our family and Tabs best interest at heart. The estranged husband of a Hope Mills woman missing since November has been charged with attempted murder in a razor attack, the sheriff’s office said. Anthony Goins was arrested Wednesday in connection with the attack that occurred Tuesday. Goins is the estranged husband of Tabitha Goins, who was reported missing Nov. 25, 2019. Tabitha Goins’ father said his daughter was living with the man who was assaulted.

While he doesn’t know why Anthony Goins would attacked Lesesane, Eason noted the family believes Lesesane knows more about Tabitha Goins’ disappearance than he's told law enforcement.

"He wouldn't even go down and take a polygraph test. He lawyered up, so something ain't right there," Eason said. "I'm not saying Dennis is guilty, but I told him to his face, I said, 'You were the last one to see her.'"
