Details of Disappearance​

Thomas was last seen leaving his home in the 1300 block of Heritage Street in Kinston, North Carolina on February 28, 1996. He was driving his black and tan 1981 Chrysler with the North Carolina license plate number FRA-1921. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

This was the quickest find. I'm not going into detail much as I usually do but Thomas Lee Walters resembles the Warren County, VA Unidentified IMO, thanks to the recent FBI facial approximation. The UID is said to have a "slight asymmetrical deviation of mid-face toward the right," and IMO, Mr. Walters clearly does (bottom jaw following upper jaw to the right), he also has the nose, and the overbite. The cases fit in the timeline as well, and they are ~260 miles drive apart. According to The Doe Network, there is no dentals, fingerprints, nor DNA available on Walters. Walters does have a "steel rod in one of his legs because of a previous surgery," however, the UID's case states "one or more limbs not recovered."
