I can find zilch on this poor man and what has happened to him. I did notice the "clothing:] Dark colored speedo with a white hospital gown over top" description above and one of the NamUs photos is him in a hospital gown, and so I wonder what that's about:

It's seriously the craziest thing. When I saw the clothing description, I assumed it was a mental health crisis, but I don't understand why there's no community outreach. This case has me soooo puzzled. I didn't see that pic on NAMUS though, so thanks for sharing!

Todd's NamUs profile now shows his last name to be Newland instead of Royce (*see note below). The DOB listed on his MP poster at charlottenc.gov matches with the mylife.com profile linked below. The info from the profiles linked below along with his Linked in profile shows past addresses and/or connections to Clemmons, NC, Lebanon, Milford and Cincinnati, OH, Athens, GA, Lansing and Flint, MI and possibly Keenesburg, CO. His most recent employment listed on Linked in was with Schneider as a truck driver. I wonder if he's hauling freight as a driver or caught a ride with a trucker who was headed west? MOO

I too, am positive his name was listed as Royce. It could have been a simple data entry issue. Maybe we'll be able to figure something out now! This case gives me a very funny feeling.
