The judge dropped Ahmia Feaster's bond down to $100,000 with electronic monitoring...

Prosecutors argued in court that Feaster is still in love with Castillo and said she could try to help him if she was released.

But Feaster's defense attorney, Norman Butler, argued that Feaster was not there when Castillo shot and killed Le, and that she went along with Castillo out of fear that he would kill her next.

Castillo is still on the run.

Charlotte teen linked by police to woman’s killing

A Charlotte teen was arrested and charged Wednesday with accessory after the fact of murder in the killing of Tru Quan Lee, whose body was found Aug. 17 in Cabarrus County.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police arrested 18-year-old Humberto Ulloa-Esteban without incident on Wednesday morning. Police released no details about what prompted the charge.

A true-crime show on the Investigation Discovery channel will broadcast on Wednesday its search in Mexico for the accused killer of a 23-year-old Charlotte woman.

Fugitive Alejandro “Alex” Rosales Castillo is wanted for the 2016 murder of Sandy Ly, a former co-worker at a Charlotte Showmars restaurant, authorities said. Castillo is on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List.

“Castillo, who is now 24 years old, may be living in the Mexican state of Aguascalientes where he has relatives. FBI agents and CMPD detectives believe someone, perhaps more than one person, has been helping Castillo evade capture. Castillo speaks English and Spanish.”
