Recovered/Located ND - Emmitt Monroe Klein, 42, Bismarck, on motorcyle enroute to South Dakota, 2 Sept 2019

42-year-old Emmitt Monroe Klein is missing. He is a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches, 150 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Klein had been recently staying at a residence in Haycreek trailer park on North 19th Street in Bismarck and was last seen by a neighbor on Monday, who says he was on a motorcycle and was told by Klein that he was going to South Dakota.

How is he "missing" if he told someone he was going to SD? Was he expected somewhere in SD and never showed up?

Looks as if he is a single dad and has had some health problems - found a fundraiser page of his from 2016 as well as a MSM story about a DUI in 2013.

Good point. He's an adult and is certainly allowed to go off on his bike, even if he didn't tell anyone.

Curious this town comes up again in WS. Mandan is the location where the owner and employees were killed at RJR Maintenance, back in April.

from what I'm seeing/reading he was located. So I am going with the fact he's fine.
