Recovered/Located ND - LeahMae Dawn Morsette, 7 months, may be with Cole Lee Pfaff, 31, Bismarck, 24 June 2019

LeahMae Dawn Morsette, 7 months old, was last seen around 1 a.m. Monday morning in the 300 block of West Arbor Avenue. She was reported missing by police around 9 p.m.

Authorities say they arrested her mother, Dawn Morsette, 27, Monday evening for child neglect and preventing arrest on a felony charges.

Police said Morsette couldn’t tell officers where LeahMae was or who she was with.

LeahMae is Native American with curly black hair and brown eyes. Police said she could be wearing a tan onesie with shorts or a magenta shirt with pink shorts.

Wow. I hope Leahmae is with a responsible adult. Perhaps a friend of family member is taking of her and doesn't know she is considered missing yet. Oh what a sad mess... I so hope Leahmae is well.

Two children 2 or under both missing on the same day and last seen at 1:00 a.m.! At least LeahMae was seen on video, but IMO Noah could of been missing longer. And no I don't think these two are at all related, just so mad and sad that this keeps happening everyday. I pray that they can both be found safe somehow.

UPDATE: The Bismarck Police Department has issued and Amber Alert for 7-month-old Leahmae Dawn Morsette.

Police now say it's possible the mother left the child with 31-year-old Cole Pfaff. They say the girl could be in stroller with an infant car seat and white unicorn diaper bag.

Dawn Morsette was arrested at the time on child neglect charges.

LeahMae was last seen in a stroller with a car seat attachment on the top. She also may be with a diaper bag that is blue and silver with a unicorn on it.

There will be a heavy police presence in the area all day as they continue to look for the child.

On Monday around 1:00 A.M., LeahMae Dawn Morsette was seen on the 300 block of West Arbor Avenue in Bismarck.

Police are also asking for any surveillance video from homes in the area.

This isn't a first time for neglect/abuse charges for Mom. She has another child that is in the custody of the father of that child - she is supposed to be paying child support for that child. Abuse/Neglect filed against her back in 2015.

I checked all surrounding districts and there is nothing more. There are some Pfaff's in MN, but he does not have anything with the courts there.

He has 4 warrants. One from 1/29/2017 for fleeing a police officer. And 3 from 2/22/2019 for Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, and Retail Theft (misdemeanor).
