What resonates with me here, and bear with me, is that perhaps a woman with a mental illness is taking her own life and those of her children to save him... Unfortunately, this explanation would make sense given what they left behind... but what caught my attention the most... Spencer's father (the son from his first marriage) was hit by a stranger in his own car? How strange! They never solved it...
This case is truly impressive, like few others...
