Found Deceased Ne - Jennifer Norton, 32, Bellevue, June 2018 *arrest*

Brandon Norton, 38, turned up at the Sarpy County Jail at 6:18 Tuesday evening and said he wanted to turn himself in for killing his wife, Jennifer Norton, 32, at their home near 15th and Main Street in Bellevue.

Bellevue Police interviewed him and search warrants were executed at the home. Based on the interview, Norton was booked for Second Degree Murder but authorities have yet to find any sign of Jennifer Norton.

Officials continue search for missing domestic violence victim

Sarpy County officials continued to search the Missouri River on Thursday for Jennifer Norton, 32, who has been missing since Tuesday, when her husband turned himself into police saying he had murdered her.

Brandon Norton, 38, was in court on Thursday and charged with second degree murder. He was held without bond.

Michael Dressen knows the couple and said Jennifer Norton had plans to divorce her husband.

Missing woman's body recovered from Missouri River

Bellevue Police confirm that a body found in the Missouri River near Plattsmouth Friday night is that of Jennifer Norton, missing since her husband confessed to killing her.

Detectives said they are confident the body is that of Jennifer Norton. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday morning.
