Lynn Rowe, owner of Lynn's Learning Center, and suspected of abusing a 4-year-old girl in her care was arrested in Missouri Valley, Iowa, according to Omaha police.
Rowe is suspected of child abuse. Video shows a woman believed to be Rowe slapping and shaking a 4-year-old girl at Lynn's Learning Center at 3109 South 112th Street.
In the video, said to have been recorded by another adult at the home child care, the woman is heard to say "I hope this hurts you", and "do what you're supposed to do", as she slaps the child's arms, then shakes the child.
The child briefly cries, then said "OK".
