I used to have a Samsung-clone flip phone that had two screens like that. The big one was inside with the keyboard, and the small one showed outside when the phone was closed, so I could glance at it to see where a call was coming from without having to open the phone. I think it would have been in the late 1990s but could have been later. I don't think the layout was identical to what yours shows, though, and I don't remember the brand.
Sony Walkman phone had those two screens. Loved that one, at the time other phones didn't store music.
Have you considered a GPS device? We've had them for decades, the first one (Magellen?) is so big & heavy that we now use it as a nostalgic bookend. I'll have to go look at it & check on the screens, there might be a small one on the top?
