it also happens to be Toltec's theory...not just Thomas's.

I don't believe in his theory at all either, but I wouldn't try to make Toltec feel bad for believing it and posting it again...even if it has been out there for years. It can't have been out there for 9 years though...JB's only been dead for 8.

However, the investigation is definitely over -- Mary Keenan is doing NOTHING. Therefore, it's about time to make public the evidence in this case, including the transcripts of the grand jury. There is no way Keenan can continue to say it's an ongoing investigation.

It's time to invoke the public's right to know.

i am another aussie - does that make 3 of us on this one thread?

so there are at least another 3 ppl on this thread who are as baffled and intrigued as i am by the bizarre media performance of this "american dream" family right?

i could never imagine an aussie mum behaving like patsy could you?

then again i could never imagine an aussie kid acting like jon benet in those videos either!

part of the fascination with this case from non-americans is the titillation of looking into the worst behavioural excesses of a very self-absorbed country. No offence to anyone, just saying

My question is, if the true enhanced call with virtually undeniable evidence of Burke's voice is in police custody... why is it in their custody?

so much other evidence has been released - the ransom note, photos of the crime scene, autopsy pics etc.

Why is this explosive piece of evidence so hotly protected?

In regard to the 911 tape from Voice of Reason, you gotta listen to it over and over, dozens of times. You likely won't be able to distinguish anything the first few times. The voices are there, even though it's only a guess with respect to what the voices are saying. Burke's one second comment was interrupted right in the middle by the dispatcher striking her keyboard at that instance, but IMO it was Burke's higher pitched voice.

The professionally enhanced 911 tape from Aerospace Corporation is in the hands of LE and has been reviewed by numerous people, but it won't be made public because, IMO, it's an incriminating piece of evidence -- evidence that points a finger at a person too young to even charge with a crime.

Please be reminded that very little of the evidence and crime scene photos was officially released. Most of it was stolen and leaked.

There are three of us guru...last time i counted anyway..
I dont know if i can say i cant imagine aussie mums behaving like Patsy....ive met lots of mums and im not sure that Patsy was an exception even if she is american.
Ive met mums who dress up and wear make up constantly,who drive really expensive cars and live in really expensive houses
Ive met mums who think their kids are better than anyone elses...
I guess we dont have the pagent thing but i think you'll find in some country areas,they still have what they call 'balls' and all the kids go,dressed up and do dances and stuff and they pick a winner and that person becomes Miss(wherever the town is) for a year until the next ball....boys are in them too...
They are not the same as the pagents but similar.
I guess ive never seen a child who wore so much make up and was so constantly photographed,but alot of little girls i know are just not allowed to be little girls. They are way too grown up for their age and alot of them watch the music video shows and therefore learn that looking and moving sexy is all you need to do and that will get you everywhere in life.
Its sad for the kids of today,alot of them just dont have a chance ,much like poor JB.
