New Book by Lawrence Smith???

Has anyone heard about a new book by Lawrence Smith:

The Last Christmas of JonBenet.

I read it was due in bookstores by November 1st and I have yet to see it and did a search on Barnes & Noble and nothing. His website says it will be out the 1st of November. Can anyone help?

I went to his website and it said it should be in bookstores december 1 st . I also went to amazon and wasnt able to find it. There must be some sort of a hold-up all I can think of.
