The brother of one of Mark Lundy's victims says he is upset the Corrections Department did not tell him Lundy is being allowed out of jail for medical reasons.

The Corrections Department has confirmed Lundy, who was serving a 20-year sentence for the murder of his wife Christine and daughter Amber, 7, has been allowed to leave prison for medical treatments.
