NEW ZEALAND - Guoquan “Laurence” Wu, 22, uni student, Auckland, 10 March 2019

22 year old Guoquan Wu - also known as Laurence Wu - was last seen on March 10 2019 on Sainsbury Road, St Lukes, Auckland, New Zealand. His car was later located on March 12 2019 at Piha Beach carpark.

Guoquan’s disappearance has since been “referred to the coroner” which, in usual NZ media terms, suggests Police are of a view that this may be a suicide. However, no body has ever been recovered and there has been no sightings of him at Piha where his motor vehicle was found or anywhere else. Guoquan was due to graduate with a computer sciences degree from the University of Auckland shortly after he went missing, having lived in New Zealand for a number of years. He and his family come from an area south of Guangzhou in China.

Thank you, @bancam for creating a thread for Laurence. Another Piha disappearance, possibly a suicide, but no body has been found. I feel very sad for Laurence's family.
