Also, my thought about the accident being a "slide under" a truck or bus, is not to imply the SBD's bus, but any school bus since they make stops along roads that can catch a driver by surprise.

I'm not sure what your asking, but her car hit a tree and swirled around and hit a snowbank on RT. 112 near the Weather Barn curve. Her car was a Saturn. This model car has many hard plastic parts (fenders, door panels, bumper, etc.) instead of metal. The presentation of the damage is very different from a metal car. The parts tend to split or crack. The hood is metal though. To me, the hood looks like it hit something and buckled like an accordion. I believe the official accident report states that it happened near the weather barn, where it was left stuck in a ditch against a snowbank.
