Nitwit using baby & woman as shield

Happening now on the Walt Whitman Bridge between NJ & PA! He's been there for well over an hour in his huge SUV. Traffic is stopped and the bridge cleared. Hundreds of officers. He has a gun & a bat. Making woman sit on his lap! There's a dog in the car too.
