I think Francheska could be UP906. The distance doesn't fit, yes, but still.... I've seen this possible match suggested several times.
It's incredibly strange that Francheska's clothes were found in a bag about a week after they went missing. I wonder if she could have run away because of a family or some kind of situation?
About the pregnancy of one of the twins: Jane Doe mentions at least one pregnancy (! it may be just a completely natural pelvic shape or a consequence of a cyst, etc., but this is an assumption).

PS: in the case of the twins, there is a version that they could have traveled (in the New York area, but still), or they could have become victims of human trafficking. I think this could make the match with UP906 even more possibly.
