I feel like in all of those cases (unidentified infants or newborns) the only way to know their name would be by using genetic genealogy, since it's almost sure they were never reported missing..
I agree and only the parent/s would possibly recognise the reconstruction sketches. It's either GG or guilt that brings a parent forward.
