"Jay Hurst, 51, was last seen yesterday, May 29, 2018, leaving his sister’s residence on the 100 block of South Franklin Avenue in Berlin Borough alone at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Jay Hurst, who is pictured below, is described as a balding white male with grey/white hair who stands approximately 5’09’’ and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing black faded jeans, a blue collared polo shirt and eye glasses.

Authorities believe that Jay Hurst may be at-risk."
