Joseph James, 56, of Middle Township, was reported missing July 12 by family members. James was last seen at his residence July 10. James may possibly be in the Philadelphia area, according to a release.

Police described James as a black male, approximately 6-feet tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
