He was found on 32nd Street beach. Partial remains missing head, torso and one or more limbs/hands. He has a height estimate of 5'7 so I presume it was a leg that was found.

I'm working together a loose timeline of these mysterious New Jersey human remains on the beach cases because I think they're eerily similar and so close together. These are the other two. I've tried to look through Newspapers archives but with so little info I don't know what to search for. If anyone could help me in my investigation in anyway, it would be appreciated.
NJ - NJ- Atlantic City + Margate, 2 UncMales, 20+, partial skeletal remains, related through DNA. UP10577+UP12060. March-December 1983.
