A Camden County mother who let her teenage daughter shower regularly with her father and found it to be "innocent" is guilty of child abuse and neglect, an appellate court has ruled.

"Maureen should have known, and in hindsight reluctantly admitted, that allowing a grown man to shower in the nude with a developing teen girl creates a substantial risk of harm, not only of sexual abuse, but psychological damage to the child," the court ruled.

The article states he was found guilty of the sexual abuseof his niece and, like the mother, of child abuse for showering with his teen daughter. The mother appealed her conviction. This was the ruling on the appeal.

I find some of the statements made by the court offensive in general, I've had too much sangria to put my feelings into words, lol. However, this man is a pig and his wife not much better, imo.
