I always found this strange. The JD is an adolescent, his only rule-out is a middle-aged man. Kenneth is listed as a rule out on most JDs in NJ, but there's tons of missing men/boys in NJ and they're never ruled out as anybody. Is he the only missing man in NJ with DNA available or something?
