SHAHEEDAH WAS LAST SEEN ON 08/09/2013 AT 9:00 P.M. SHE WAS DROPPED OFF AT THE INTERSECTION OF FRELINGHUYSEN AVENUE AND MEEKER STREET IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY. SHAHEEDAH WAS GOING TO ATTEND A PARTY IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY AND HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE.

Ok, I had to Google "willful nonsupport" and am still a bit confused...does it mean she had kids she didn't want to take care of? If so, how would that simply not be a DCF matter?

I'm not sure, but I think it probably means that her child's father had legal custody of the kid(s) and she had a full time, good paying job but refused to pay him any child support. Unusual for a mother to have that charge instead of the father IMO but it could happen. I don't understand why the courts didn't just garnish her wages, but then again maybe she had to be charged with that first to get that to happen? I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my guess/opinion.
