Jersey City police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing Jersey City man who is deaf and mute and suffers from seizures.
Vincent Paul, 46, of Lembeck Avenue near Kennedy Boulevard, was last seen by his family on Dec. 16 at Atlantic Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive, police said yesterday, adding that he was last seen with his girlfriend.
Paul is described as being 5-foot-11 and weighing about 205 pounds, police said.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to the call the Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at (201) 547-5427.
