A Farmington businessman who pleaded guilty to 10 counts of sexual exploitation of children was sentenced to five years in prison.
The judge said that after serving his prison sentence, Frazer will be released into an inpatient treatment program for sexual abusers, followed by outpatient therapy and five years probation.
