Witness told LE Laria (is bio mom) made threats against her and her children's lives.
No warrant out for Laria, want to check on their welfare.
Vehicle was already "equipped" with a 45 caliber handgun.
Has family in Southern California.
Father of the children is who she made threats to.
Reporter said they are getting reports from Laria's friends saying she was fleeing domestic violence. LE does not know but will talk to her about that.
No reports of her taking children before.
Reporter says neighbors are reporting LE has been at the couple's home often and LE responded they do not know at this point, but would not be surprised.
Just want to find them at this point.
Encouraging Laria at least drop the children somewhere safe and reiterated she is not under arrest.
Reporter again asks if Laira's friends have talked to them about a possible domestic violence situation and this time the answer is yes.
