Janet Kramer

Long shot, but I think I see a resemblance between Janet and JD especially over three years. Janet has hazel eyes but it says here that the JD has blue/hazel eyes. The distance is nearly 1,000 miles which makes me doubt it, though Janet reportedly ran away. If that's the case she could've traveled over three years and got that scar sometime between then.

Also Rose Hockenson

I think this is less likely but I thought it was worth mentioning because of her physical characteristics (height and hair texture). Rose is described as having buck teeth and JD's post-mortem photo and some of the sketches make her upper lip look like her front teeth protrude. There's some discrepancies between the Charley Project, saying Rose was forced into a car on 2/14/73, and NAMUS, saying she ran away from a girl's home on 2/14/71. Also the distance is pretty far (~2,000 miles), but it could be traveled over either duration.

I haven't seen either of these girls mentioned here, but I definitely could've missed it.
