Albuquerque family asking for help finding missing daughter
Martinez was just arrested May 2, by a fugitive task force. He’s accused of murdering a 19-year-old man in downtown Albuquerque last July. BCSO investigators say Martinez is on their radar. “He’s definitely a person of interest and we are conducting an investigation not only about him but also other people that have previously seen Yasmin or associated with her,” said Javier Marinelarena, Violent Crimes Investigator.

from that link - "Jaramillo says she reached out as soon as she realized something was wrong but couldn’t get in touch with Marquez. Marquez was last seen in her mother’s car which was found by Corrales Police abandoned in the middle of the road the morning after she disappeared. They say it appeared the interior had been set on fire."

BBM VERY concerning.

this is not good.

from link - "
Marquez was last seen in her mother’s car which was found the day after she disappeared by Corrales Police. They say the interior had been set on fire. The arrest warrant affidavit now says Bernalillo County deputies executed a search warrant inside the Dodge Magnum.

It says they found several articles of female clothing with blood on them and a cell phone case with Marquez’s social security card and driver’s license. Deputies say Martinez had Marquez’s phone on him when he was arrested for the murder."

Jonathan Martinez reportedly refused to be transported Nov. 27 from the Metropolitan Detention Center to the courthouse for his sentencing. A judge will sentence him Tuesday
