An artist's reconstruction that looks like it was created in the 90s was recently added to NAMUS. I've attached two pictures, there are other angles available on her NAMUS page.

There's very little information available about this Jane Doe despite the fact that she's one of only three unidentified bodies in Nolan County. Can anyone find any relevant news articles from the time period?

If the map coordinates given on NAMUS are accurate, it looks like the spot where she was found is quite rural - on what seems to be private ranch land off a dirt road not far from State Highway 70. Google Maps link: 32°22'54.8"N 100°20'59.2"W · Sweetwater Independent School District, TX

Often, the map pin is not accurate -- but provides a look at the general area.

This pin is next to a park, just west of Abilene (Dyess AFB) and about 3 hours west of Fort Worth.

Wonder who's missing from Dallas & Fort Worth?

I've learned that when the map pin is at the location that Google Maps considers the centre of the county, or at the police station or town hall, that's often because they didn't enter a precise location. That isn't the case here, so I figure there's a higher chance that it's the actual location. No way of knowing though, it could be just the general area.

Abilene Reporter, 05 Jan 1994, pg 3. I believe this is referencing the same case, however, in reading the article it sounds as if multiple bones (perhaps from the same body) have been found over a period of time beginning in November 1993.

The article just posted indicated the thought the remains recovered November 4, 1993 and December 24, 1993 were related - possibly from the same body.

There is however a November 4, 1993 case on Namus:

Unidentified Male, Black/African

That article is incredibly useful for the dental info alone. That's not on NamUs.

Does anyone know of any likely missing who are that young with false teeth for her lower jaw and fillings in some of her remaining teeth?
